Erik ten Hag has provided an update on his Manchester United squad, ahead of Monday’s huge Premier League clash with Liverpool at Old Trafford.
As if another dimension needed to be added to this age-old rivalry, United and Jurgen Klopp’s side are both winless this season, with Ten Hag still searching for his first top-flight points in England.
Hopefully that can change on Monday evening, when Liverpool come to town for the highly anticipated 20:00 BST kick-off.

We have been provided with an early boost as Anthony Martial has returned to training at Carrington, having missed our first two games of the season against Brighton and Brentford with a hamstring injury.
It remains to be seen whether Martial will be involved on Monday night, but Victor Lindelof is still injured and is not yet ready to train.
The Swede is yet to appear for United this season.
“Victor has not returned to the training pitch but the good news is that Anthony Martial is back in training with the team,” Erik told club media on Friday.
Facundo Pellistri – who scored in the 4-0 pre-season win over Liverpool in Bangkok – has sustained an injury which will keep him out until September. The issue could prevent him from being sent out on loan in the current window, according to Ten Hag.
Aside from that, the squad should be similar to the trip to west London last weekend although, of course, everyone is hoping for a better outcome this time around.
